However, medical science has shown that chronic fear is exactly what suppresses the immune system and makes us more susceptible to infection from viruses, bacteria, and other pathogens.
So if we don't listen to fear, how do we know what we need to do to stay healthy? It's about releasing fear so you tap into your AWARENESS. We all have the ability to access deeper wisdom to know what choices will keep us healthy and well. When we release fear, we access this wisdom to a far higher degree.
